Samsung has Started rolling out the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update for Samsung Galaxy S 2. The update has started rolling out in Korea and as you read this post the update is being made available in certain select countries throughout Europe. Poland, Hungary and Sweden are the next in line to receive the update followed by rest of the world and It is expected that all GSM/ Carrier-free Galaxy S 2 will get the update before the end of March (Including India).
Samsung had announced that all their Dual Core Galaxy devices (phones and tablets) will start to get the update in 2012 and it has begun to roll out the Android 4.0 update from Galaxy S 2. Samsung is still maintaining the “coming soon” status for Galaxy Note, Galaxy S II LTE, Galaxy R, Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, 7.7, 8.9, 8.9 LTE and 10.1 and for to the owners of Galaxy S, Galaxy Tab 7, Galaxy S Plus, Galaxy S Super Clear LCD and Galaxy W Android 2.3 Gingerbread will be the last update for you guys which will begin rolling out shortly in the same fashion.
