CooTek has recently created a keyboard for iOS devices called Touchpal which brings a swype like functionality but like most Apps in the App Store it is a standalone app and just downloading it doesn’t replace it as your default keyboard. You need to export what you type to your respective application or just copy paste it, though there is a jailbreak way to do it.
There are reports that Swype Inc. has been in talk the Apple to get an Official version of Swype keyboard Integrated as a default option with iOS devices but no announcement from either yet. Hence Swype is also a Cydia app for iOS devices
Installing TouchPal as your default Keyboard
If you get the modified version of TouchPal Keyboard from the BigBoss repository from cydia you can get it as your default keyboard,
