India’s Cheapest Android Phone Micromax Andro A60

Micromax, an Indian phone maker known for launching affordable handsets, has announced the Andro 60 – a new device that will be available really soon as India’s cheapest Android smartphone.

The Andro A60 (which is a rebranded ZTE Penguin) will retail for only 6,999 INR – about $152.

For that kind of money, you get Android 2.1, a 2.8 inch QVGA resistive touchscreen display, Swype virtual keyboard, HSDPA, Wi-Fi, GPS, Stereo Bluetooth, 3.2MP autofocus camera, 600MHz processor, and a 2GB memory card included in the box.
