Motorola Releases Droid 4 at CES (Droid 3 VS DROID 4 Specs)

motorola-droid-4
Motorola Droid 4 is sort of  a sequel to the Droid 3 released in the Month of July last year. In the specification department there isn’t much of a difference but our source at CES reported there was a noticeable improvement in speed. Which could be the result of the bumped up 1.2GHz Processor from 1GHz and a 1GB RAM from 512MB.

Motorola did make some changes to the looks and design of the phone, the edges have curves the QWERTY keyboard looks different and it looks very similar to the Droid Razr, not as sleek though. The Droid 4 keyboard also has a backlight feature so you can type in the Dark, if you like typing in the dark.

Motorola Droid series are the only ones keeping the QWERTY keyboards alive as all other manufactures are focusing on Touch only Slip phones. There are many Physical Keyboard phone fans out there and hence these Droid phones do well for Motorola and Google. Who can forget the Original Droid that came out to be a big threat to iPhone 3GS and was the Device that brought Motorola from Big Losses to Good Profit margins and put Android on the Market.  Are You a Physical Keyboard fan?
